Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I was born in Zimbabwe and moved to Adelaide Australia in 2000, this major move is what gave me the "travel bug", I love travelling and exploring new places and trying out new experiences. While I'm home, I love having a nice red wine after work and heading to the gym to meet my fitness goals!

Favourite thing to do on the weekend?

My day job can be very busy plus the added work of running 2 websites (travel and fitness), most weekend are spent cuddling on the couch with my wonderful husband or hiking up Mt Lofty to burn off all the wine calories!!

How many times a week do you work out?

I usually try to work out 5-6 times a week, recently I've had a spell of illnesses and injuries so I'm excited to get back into the gym, taking it slowly and working back up to 6 days a week!

We know finding the time and energy to work out regularly can be tough. What keeps you motivated?

It really can be very hard to stay motivated as I'm usually pretty pooped after work but I try to focus on my fitness goals as well as the awesome feeling when I can fit into smaller sized clothes. For me being fit doesn't mean being a size 8, it means being healthy and having more energy to enjoy my life.

What do you love most about your svvet workout wear?

They are extremely comfortable and the fabric is really soft plus svvet has removed the middle seam so no more uncomfortable "front wedgies" when I do squats!

What's your favourite way to treat yourself after your workout?

I try not to go overboard with treats a they usually go straight to my hips, but I really enough a yummy chocolate protein shake after a hard work out, its very satisfying! Or the occasional Tim Tam (yum!)
