This is a place where you will meet women who regularly exercise to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. We want to showcase what real women look like without any tricky lighting or photo retouching. There are no rules, no boundaries, no standards, and nothing to hide. Be inspired, as ‘healthy’ and ‘fit’ are not cast from a mould.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
From as far back as I remember I have experienced change. I was born in Hong Kong, where my father, an army man, would be away for months at a time and move us every few years to different parts of the world, depending on his post.
I changed schools eight times during my formative years, finally settling down in my last year of high school. While it wasn’t always easy, these experiences gave me the ability from the tender age of three to adapt quickly to change and turn it into an opportunity.
It also gave me an innate optimism that everything would be all right regardless of how far I went outside my comfort zone, and more emotional intelligence than you can imagine.
As it turns out, I’ve been quite the career chameleon too, steering myself through three career changes, from financial planning to recruitment to coaching. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest business minds within renowned national and international companies and I continue to do so now through my consulting and business.
It is this life, career and business experience that I bring to every individual, entrepreneur and organisation I work with, and what I hope to bring to you too, so we can get you embracing change, achieving growth and kicking some serious goals. I have to practice what I preach so my mantra for 2017 is “Switch it Up” and for me this means raising the bar across all elements of my life. For my health and fitness it means trying new things - kicking goals - cheering on my peers and having the support of them as I strive to be fitter than ever before - at 41 that’s pretty cool hey!
Favourite thing to do on the weekend?
Saturday offers a bit of me time for my husband and I. Sunday is family time, non-negotiable, so we often find ourselves with a picnic somewhere with the kids - a swimming hole or beach.
How many times a week do you work out?
4 to 5 times a week of group exercise. I also love to walk my pup Millie and have a swim.
We know finding the time and energy to work out regularly can be tough. What keeps you motivated?
Sunrise is my tonic - I rarely work out at the other side of the day, my energy is depleted by then. I am a up-and-at-em at 4:50am kinda girl which I know is not for everyone! I can do a workout, grab a post workout coffee, and get home to my sleeping family at 6:15am.
What do you love most about your svvet workout wear?
Love the double-lined bottom on the leggings and silicon trim so they really don't move! Also the material makes you feel tight and trim especially around the tummy area. The top's elasticated waist means there are no awkward moments when you train.
What's your favourite way to treat yourself after your workout?
Coffee, always. In summer in the QLD heat, I have it over ice and skim milk, and any other time, just a double-shot latte. Usually this is with a friend for a quick chat before returning to the day’s usual events.
