This is a place where you will meet women who regularly exercise to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. We want to showcase what real women look like without any tricky lighting or photo retouching. There are no rules, no boundaries, no standards, and nothing to hide. Be inspired, as ‘healthy’ and ‘fit’ are not cast from a mould.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with my husband and two rescue dogs Randall and Gracie. I am passionate about educating people to living healthily through nutrition, essential oils, stress management, and exercise.
Last year I did a 200km run from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, to show people that anything is possible if you have a dream and some determination! It was a big challenge and was my entire focus for the year. This year I’ve decided to not do as much running and to be kinder to my body! I have recently started Kundalini Yoga and absolutely love it.
Favourite thing to do on the weekend?
Hanging out with my family is super important to me and we usually head to a local cafe on the coast that is dog friendly (we are spoilt for choice here).
Sometimes I run workshops but because I am so passionate about what I do and love to help others, it doesn’t seem like work.
How many times a week do you work out?
At the moment I am currently working out about 4 times a week, which suits my ethos this year of being kinder to myself and my body. I’m not doing as much cardio work but am doing more yoga and pilates.
We know finding the time and energy to work out regularly can be tough. What keeps you motivated?
I will be the first to admit that I have a monkey mind that can be hard to switch off! Exercise for me is my meditation time, whether it be a run or cycle through the wonderful local trails or a kundalini yoga session concentrating on the breath. It is important in such a busy, modern society that we find time for us and exercise is perfect for that.
Having suffered health issues in the past also, I know that exercise is such an important part of becoming and staying healthy and I ‘walk my talk’ so that I can be a great example for my clients.
What do you love most about your svvet workout wear?
Being a petite size it can be hard to find clothes to fit me but I loved the fit of the svvet workout wear. The tops are elasticated at the bottom so they stay in place when you do yoga which is great, and the pants were just so comfortable.
What's your favourite way to treat yourself after your workout?
Lately I’ve been meeting my husband and dogs after yoga on a Sunday and we’ve been going for a cuppa by the river. If it’s during the week and I need to be home for a client, I always ensure that I re-fuel correctly because I know how important it is to look after our bodies.
