This is a place where you will meet women who regularly exercise to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. We want to showcase what real women look like without any tricky lighting or photo retouching. There are no rules, no boundaries, no standards, and nothing to hide. Be inspired, as ‘healthy’ and ‘fit’ are not cast from a mould.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I'm originally from the UK and love the outdoor lifestyle that comes with living in Australia. I enjoy trying different types of exercise, such as meeting friends for tennis (we are all pretty hopeless!) or giving trapeze a go, the more fun I find the activity the easier it is to stick with it!

Favourite thing to do on the weekend?

Catch up with friends for brunch and now that it's summer head to the beach for a swim.

How many times a week do you work out?

Roughly 5 times a week depending on what I have on, not always the same activity, I am currently doing a lot of ocean swimming and ballet barre, but when winter comes I'll get back into boxing.

We know finding the time and energy to work out regularly can be tough. What keeps you motivated?

I try to meet up with friends to do the activity or make friends in the class. Also, I regularly sign up for challenges. Recently my barre studio did a 30-day challenge - 30 classes in 30 days - that definitely keeps me motivated!!!

What do you love most about your svvet workout wear?

I was a bit worried that the stitching around the crotch area would make it look like I was wearing "superman pants" but actually this bit is great as it holds my tummy in and also sweat away from my skin.

What's your favourite way to treat yourself after your workout?

I don't really tend to have a treat after a workout, as that could get very dangerous! But more I will do longer term goals like buying a new dress once I have completed.
