We want to showcase what real women look like without any tricky lighting or photo retouching. There are no rules, no boundaries, no standards, and nothing to hide. Be inspired, as ‘healthy’ and ‘fit’ are not cast from a mould.
Despite leading an incredibly busy life, exercise is a priority for me. I mix up my sessions to keep it interesting, and to fit in around my schedule. I aim for three sessions a week with a combination of running, one-on-one weights sessions, yoga and outdoor group training. I love a social game of tennis, but don't get out on the court as often these days!
